As foreign tourists, we loved the helpful and English-speaking front desk staff. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with fresh food and a clean environment. The gym was fantastic, well-equipped for a great workout. The hotel's location was perfect, with a pleasant walk to Ibirapuera park and nearby shops and restaurants. We also enjoyed the selection of food at the adjacent Brascan Open Air Mall and had a memorable dining experience at Bacalhau Vinho e Cia Itaim Bibi restaurant.

We loved the spacious room, perfect for our family with a baby. Having a kitchen with a microwave and refrigerator was a great convenience. The hotel's 32 floors provided us with an amazing city view. The facility had a fantastic pool and a wide selection of workout equipment. The breakfast offered a great variety of food and drink choices, with additional cooked items available upon request. The staff were really good, accommodating our extra luggage and promptly resolving any issues. The hotel's location in the ITAIM district was safe and convenient, with restaurants and shopping within walking distance and easy access to transportation. Being next to the cinema and close to Ibirapuera park was an added bonus.

I had a great stay here! The hotel is located in a really good area with lots of restaurants to choose from and a small food square behind it. I also felt safe here. The staff was fantastic and helpful, they even held our extra luggage for us. The room was spacious and had everything we needed including a kitchenette and dining table.
I definitely recommend this venue to family and friends.

This hotel is conveniently located near a shopping center, surrounded by top-notch restaurants in a very safe area. The rooms are well-appointed, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. The breakfast served is of good quality and the hotel offers a range of facilities such as a gym and kitchenette in the rooms.
The pool area can be crowded and lacks seating options.
